We aim to stay on schedule so we appreciate that you arrive on time. Also, please let us know if you are running late and we will do our best to accommodate you. Unfortunately, late arrivals may not receive an extension of scheduled treatments, so as not to inconvenience other spa guests.
We encourage you to disclose any pertinent health conditions that may affect your spa experience. Some services are not recommended during pregnancy, please check with your physician.
· Private changing areas, shower, robes, slippers and hair dryers are provided. Healthy beverages and fresh fruit are always available. Lockers are available, however, you may wish to leave valuables at home, as Wind-n-Sea is not responsible for articles lost, stolen or left behind.
All spa services are subject to availability.

The treatments you select are reserved especially for you, because of our very individual service. We require at least twenty-four hours when cancelling an appointment. If less than twenty-four hours notice is given the value of your gift card will be reduced. If no notice is given and you fail to honor the appointment the gift card will be declared void.
A credit card deposit may be required for services of 60 minutes or longer.
Multiple Service Appointments must be guaranteed by a 50% reservation fee.
Appointments missed without notice forfeit all fees.
We offer a relaxing environment for our guests and staff and ask that your silence your cell phone upon arrival and refrain from cell phone usage during your visit.
